This graphic tee design makes a play on the use of the Douglas DC-3 during the Rhodesian Bush War. The Douglas DC-3 (also called the Paradak by ZANLA and ZIPRA forces) was used to drop supplies and troops throughout the Rhodesian Bush War. There is disagreement on when the Rhodesian Bush War actually started however, for this design, we are using 1964.1964 was the year that insurgents killed Pieter Oberholzer, a random foreman who worked at the Silver Streams Wattle Factory in Southern Rhodesia. This murder marked what many attribute to be the shift from a political disagreement to guerilla warfare.
